Apartment Review for Chickasaw Crossings - Orlando, FL

WE have been here for two years. During that time we have been broken into 3 times and had our home destroyed and no outcome or action from management. There is an open fence in the back of complex (old entrance to chickasaw) that allows criminals to park there vehicle in the neighboring communities, and penetrate the quiet community late hours of the night. Commit roberies and leave.NO action taken from management to close the fence. The lighting in the neighborhood at night is very poor, making it very difficult to see at night. Since we have been here our rent has been raised well over fifty dollars each time we renewed. They base their prices on the market and will charge a new tenant the same as someone who has been here for years.It is not a gated community.The office management has changed around three times in two years. The stairs are very jagged ( doesn't even cover length of an average foot) On a good point the maintenance are very responsive with issues needed to be addressed in the home. The noise is very very minimal, and there is ample parking.
