The maintenance is terrible. The dryers never work properly, it's better to have your own washer and dryer or wash elsewhere. They don't exterminate enough. Be certain you check the apartment well before you move in. The air conditioning will work if you complain or it dies. I'm definitely moving out soon.  Need to rent an apartment?
