Apartment Review for Carlyle Court - Orlando, FL

I just moved into this apartment in a short notice because I needed a place to stay.

I think it is OK. There is a lot of improvement that can be made.

On the weekend (incl. Friday), neighbors blast their speakers up and it get noisy. Makes me want to setup my speakers and blast back.

It seems to me that the other people that live here have low standards as in they are under average people (poor, or bad). They might do drugs or they are alcholics. The small pool is used by kids everyday. I don't know if they clean it.

The people more like hispanic here like to hook up their cars, but they all look too poor or stupid to do it. So their car is partially hooked up but it still look like sh`t. They add load speakers and load exhaust system which add to the noise population. I don't think they know sh`t about cars in the first place to do so, and their car is a piece of sh`t in the first place. Who the f`ck tries hook up a sh`tty car?

Carpet looks old, the stove and fridge does too.

They have pretty good storage space.

They just added some security around here.

They said cable tv is free here when it is not. You might get the previous tenant's cable which the cable company did not disconnect. So they lied, even though some of the office people are nice.

I don't know, it's ok for the price I guess. I might move to a better area if I had a roomate.
