Apartment Review for Camden Lee Vista - Orlando, FL

My son and his roommates had made arrangements with another apartment complex to move in at the beginning of December 2009 to find it a disaster. There was misrepresentation, blank spaces in the lease, unable to answer simple questions about what was in the lease that they expected the boys to sign,and no one of authority available to talk to. I had talked to Monica at Camden the day the boys were loading up to move, telling her that they had chosen another complex. After a 16 hour drive and the nightmare they walked into at the apartment down the street, I got a call about the problem. I called Monica to ask her what they had for immediate availability. It was amazing how she stepped up to the plate to help my husband, son, and his roommates who were tired, hungry, and now pissed after what they had been through from the other complex. When they arrived there, the boys went to look at the apartment while my husband reviewed the lease. Any questions that he had were quickly answered, the apartment manager was available for any questions. The kindness and consideration that they showed to my family was immeasurable. I cannot say enough that tell you how they took what started out as a miserable day into one that showed there could be light at the end of the tunnel. The boys have lived there for almost two months now and like the complex. We just got back from visiting them, to find that they are happy there. The neighbors that they have met are friendly as is the staff. I would highly recommend this apartment complex and its staff to anyone that is looking for an apartment in Orlando
