Apartment Review for Bristol Place At Metrowest - Orlando, FL

Like the previous poster I moved in the fall of '05. This place was pretty good aside from the noise elevation on the weekends. (neighbors come stomping up the stairs around 3am every fri/sat night) Outdoor noise has always been a problem - I live on the third floor and can hear cleary people talking in the parking area at all times. Pool & Fitness center were closed. (pool opened after a couple months)

I would continue to rent here anyway - because of my spacious unit and great location; however the are going condo. Even if I had the $$ to buy this unit I wouldnt even give it a second though.

They are making the property LOOK nice for prospective buyers but they WILL NEVER fix the shoddy : Windows, walls, insulation ETC ETC

Dont buy a condo here unless you dont mind it going DOWN in value
