Apartment Review for Brandywood Apartments - Orlando, FL

Overall, I like my apartment, but there is never anyone in the office when you need them. When you call you'll always get the answering machine. I called to have my toliet fixed several times since February 2004 and the toliet is still broken. I've had my bathroom floor redone because it was sinking in and it took them almost a month to do that. The property is not treated for bugs. So don't walk you dogs outside. Trees are infested with ticks. My poor dog can not go outside on the patio because of the tree over it. Certified letter was sent to them first or second week January 2006, and I have not had a response as of yet.
