Apartment Review for Audubon Villas At Hunters Creek - Orlando, FL

We are owners here and are "trying" to work with property management Don Asher to clean up Audubon Villas. The front gate has been broken since Dec. of 2009. The lock to the pool area & fitness center gets broken all the time, due to "non tenants" coming off the street to use these areas. This private property and it gets used and abused by Aholes that don't live here. People that don't live here drive in and dump their garbage in our dumpster. More & more illegal hispanics move here because they have family here. So there are 7 people living in a one or two bedroom condo. Plus we have redneck college kids here selling drugs and taking up parking with there "frequent visitors". It use to be a wonderful community until a few bad apples turned the place into an upscale ghetto/projects. We have gotten some scum bags for trespassing and will continue to do so until we get they all out. We write down license plates and report them to the sheriff and there is a undercover watching the drug dealers. And cars will be towed soon, so if anyone doesn't have their car register with the property manager you will be towed.
