Apartment Review for Archstone Promenade - Orlando, FL

I have been impressed many times over with Archstone Promenade. I have a beautiful, top-floor apartment with large windows, vaulted ceilings and spacious rooms. The double-master floor plan is a MUST and also features two master baths - along with two walk-in closets. I love it here. They just repainted the exterior and Archstone staff pride themselves on repainting and recarpeting each unit for every new tenant as standard fare. The construction is solid and I never hear my neighbors (even though they blast music when they're not playing their WII at top volume - I know because we are friends and I go over there often). The complex is filled with young professionals and it's a great place to meet people. The pool and fitness are always sparkling clean, as are the grounds. I've gotten to know the groundskeepers by name, as they greet me each morning while they are keeping the grounds in top-notch condition when I head out to work. The one time I had an issue, the staff responded superbly. A major storm caused rain to come into one bedroom and there was some concern it might have caused mold. They put me up in a four-star hotel for three days while they repaired the leak (free vacation - woohoo!) and also gave me a $100 meal card for dinners. Turns out there was no mold but I appreciated their concerns. They were friendly, courteous and went above and beyond. They bend over backward to make tenants feel comfortable, welcome and taken care of (they even bring out icecream and lemonade to pool-goers in the summer). Everyone I know here really values the opportunity to live at Archstone Promenade. Plus, the rent is a great bargain for what you get, especially compared to prices just across the street. Ask around if you come to see the complex, you'll find that everyone here really loves it. It's a wonderful place to live!
