These people managed three of my properties for 18 months. They were useles managers, other than for collecting rents. They provided zero service to tenants, and, they were likewise unresponsive to me the owner. They twice screwed up the federal tax form. They will make no corrections for such errors, not even on monthly statements. Three of their checks to me bounced; they refused to refund the costs. They perform no repairs. Their annual inspections are a money-making farce. These people pretend to have all kinds of professional qualificatons. They manage by intimidation. Their buisness dealings are of a lower class. They are the worst company I've worked with in forty years of real estate management. The shame is that they are still in business.
