I'm looking for someone to take over my 4/4 $515/ month lease for Pegasus Landing. It is a nice comfortable apt., especially because its your own room and bathroom. You have a washer and dryer, kitchen, cable, internet, pool, basketball and tennis courts, and shuttle to school every 10 minutes.
