Apartment Review for Alexandria/Parc Vue - Orlando, FL

Imagine moving in to a brand new apartment to later find out it is run by roaches, which are actually more pleasant than the management staff. For the third time having my apartment sprayed since May 2010, After a long day at work I come home to find that I have been "locked out" of my apartment. I then contacted the 24 hr number and lady who answered had no compassion towards me as human being and did nothing but repeat the policy to me that they do not do "lock outs" she would not even take the time to listen to anything I had to say just continued to repeat the policy like a recording.She felt no sympathy towards me what so ever, even after saying I was going to sleep in my car.So if they don't do "lock outs" why did they lock me out? The maintenance staff does not have time to help the residents because they are busy sleeping.It must be easier for them to sleep since they must have air conditioning and more space than a car. So if you want to live in a community full of roaches with no a/c during the hottest summer months then this is the place for you!
