| I have lived here for 3 years and no one can question that property is awesome! There are alot of college students mostly older and respectable. I know the management finally threw out the troubled spots. The have switched managers a million times with some pretty flaky folks, but I think finally have someone that won't tolerate the use and abuse.
With all the nice amenities people seem to thjink it was a public resort and now they have someone that has nearly eliminated that. The orange county sherriff's that were here were a joke and never responded to anything. Thank God there gone.
I can actually use the gym now without all the tresspassers invading the place. I still wish they would get rid of the co-signor thing as these 18, 19 and 20 year olds renting is causing the few problems that exist.
Overall this place is awesome and I have nothing but good to say to any prospects out there looking.
