Pro's- Good location. Apartment layout very nice. Close to the airport.
Con's- Maintenance constantly changes. No security at all. They do whatever. No communication at all with tenants. Water bill is estimated even thought that the apartments has water meters, they do not read them!!! Usually send bill every two, three, four, five and six months depends on whatever they want it to do. Without any explanation. The attitude is.........you don't like it, move!!Maintenance and Management Not very trustworthy!!
