this place sucks!!! seriously, the management there is horrible... they r owned by college park communities and management is very racist... there r loud parties every night and security does nothing... oh, and they r goin to have ucf police there very soon... they tow resident cars and there is hardly any guest parking... the pool is nice to look at but there is a green fungus all over the bottom of the pool, and ur lucky if u can even get into the pool bcuz broken glass is usually all over it... the rooms r small, much smaller then the model they show u and the closet is a joke... roaches, silverfish and ants all over every apartment and pest control does nothing... rent is ridiculous, do u know what kind of house u could get for 2 grand a month??? cars get broken into, apartments get broken into, and a kid commited suicide there in his tub and they do not tell anyone!! someone is taking a shower in the same tub where his body was found and has no idea... would u want 2 live here??? |
