The aparment was filthy. The neighbors are potheads and could potentially be drug dealers. There are loud parties every night.

$275 redecoration free? What the heck did they do with the money? They sure did not redecorate before I moved in!

They tried to say I owed more for rent than pursuant to the lease. There is mold in the appliances. I can't even use the fridge. They claimed not to get my paperwork, but one phone call from an attorney and they fixed three things. THERE WERE NO LOCKS ON THE WINDOWS! It's pathetically horrible.
