Actually this is a vacation compared to most orlando complexes. From what I know we were under a management company called Capreit, they were average, this new company came in and has done a lot of work in the apartments. I happend to see one of the units interior they were getting ready for a new rental, it had updated fixtures and all new appliances. I know not all the units come with this, but I wish I could have transfered to this unit as mine has older stuff. It works though! I think I will upsize to a 2 bedroom and get the updated stuff, as they dont let you move laterally to get new stuff. Wish I would have moved in under the new company...
