The apartments are infested with roaches AND rats. The management team is unprofessional and crooked. If you have a nice car get LoJack and insurance if you decide to move here. This place is as bad as it gets for this area (Orlando). Avoid this development at all cost. Spend a few bucks more a month and move ANYWHERE ELSE but here. Do your homework and don't make the same mistake I made. I rate Heron's Cove a ZERO - I't couldn't be worse.
