Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  8/9/05      Rate This Apartment     This place is literally falling apart.....and no one cares! I lived here for 2 1/2 years and do not have enough room to list all of the horrible things that went wrong. I had black mold growing under my sink and inside (yes inside) my dishwasher for almost a year. Apparently the staff did not find this to be important enough to fix. The AC broke about every 3 months,this is always a fun thing in Florida. And lets not forget about the 3 tires I have had to replace because of all of the construction debry through out the property. There is a car that is broken into at least once a month, so safety isn't exactly a priority here either. Do not move here!!
