Security? The gates have worked exactly 3.5 weeks out of 8.5 months that I've lived there... Ohhhh, and night security -- non-existant -- I have had my car keyed more times then I can count, (a brand new car) -- and the air let out of my tires, (3 of them each time), 2 times..... the management acts like they don't care -- just shrugged their shoulders and said "Ohh, okay."... Now for the maintenance -- another big "HUHMMMM, I've asked 5, (no kidding "FIVE"), times to have a cabinet door that is hanging off fixed, and the 6 inch diameter hole in my kitchen, (YES the KITCHEN), floor repaired...... Another management oh-well ---- they write it up, and nothing is done......... Now... for curb appeal -- It was there, when I moved in -- BUT... now with the bldgs being painted 5 differant colors, (each bldg has 5 colors), and non-coordinating colors.... and spending money on the paint -- instead of fixing the hurricane damage to roofs and trees, is beyond my understanding ---- to end --- NO, I would never recommend this complex to anyone -- AND, I am counting the days until my lease is up -- so I can get out of that hole..
