Laundry room is generally dirty and needs service. The staff either doesn't know or doesn't care. The apartments are small and overpriced for what you get. The Gates are broken more than they work so being a "gated" community does little good. Not a lot of follow through with maintainance you really have to keep after them to get things done. The staff is not very friendly either and it's obvious they are just doing a JOB. Work out room is very small also. I think a much higher quality living space can be had for the same money.
