First this is a student community so that says enough. Second, the apts are thin, wiring is bad, and water damage is great. Anyone who buys these are going to be very disappointed and upset over the wasted investment. Office staff, what office staff? There is a girl in there named Doris that you can hardly understand and she is always doing homework on her laptop. I see a guy named Julio from time to time but am told that my appliances are new and they do not know how to fix, I would need to call Sears. I am sorry but do I work there??? Now they have a new manager, Enid or something and she doesn't know what the hell she is doing. I want to put a big sign that says "Do not buy" in front of the property but I have no more energy to waste on this place. Maybe a picket line would be best. They deceide to remodel the office and bam, no phones cause they don't know how to make sure things are working before they move. I wouldn't move my worst enemy in this high rent rated, poorly controlled, noise infested, fire trap. BUYERS BE WARE!!!!!
