For example: they tried charging me 440 dollars to replace the carpet when in fact after investigating thanks to the new tenant... it wasn't replaced, it was repaired and dyed. They are charging me for painting, for cleaning which they claim "nothing" was cleaned - beware - they are doing that to alot of tenants. anyways... they are charging me 120 for cleaning. After i spent two days cleaning and i went through half a bottle of bleach. I requested twice for a walk through.... which conveniantly they were unavailable. So "swim at your own risk" . Be sure to take lots of notes, keep every receipt, do everything through writing, and take pictures, lots and lots of pictures.
