Always overages on electricity bills. Always had problems with broken air conditioner and was charged near $3000 dollars when I moved out for things that either came broken when I moved in or were not broken at all. I lived with girls and we really took care of the place while we lived there but receieved outrageous move out charges anyways. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to live.
