We have major bug problems. Not in the apartment but in the hallways. They painted the buildings and had them pressure washed, ever since then bugs have been coming out of the woodworks. They say they have a "Bug Guy" but I've never seen him. I've been bit by deerflies 4 times in 3 weeks. Just walking from my apartment to my car, which I can hardly ever find a parking spot for. If you want a parking spot you can pay for one, or pay for a garage. We have had numerous car break-ins, and it's fairly loud with young people fighting in the street, and music systems in cars.

They have spent a ton of money on painting the buildings a nasty color and buying new furniture for the pool area, throwing pool parties for their wonderful tenants, but nothing has been spent on a parking system. If you are considering this place, drive thru it at about 1 or 2 in the morning and see what parking is going to be like.

When Metric was the property managment company we never received notices on our door for anything. Since Equity took over in January 2006 we have had 5 notices put on our door, 3 of which were to enter the apartment for one reason or another. They're supposed to give 48 hours notice to enter the apartment, they don't. Usually it's the day before. The other 2 notices were for missed rent payments! I don't think so! They ended up posting our payments to the wrong account! How do you screw that up when I put on the check what my apartment number is!

Whatever you do, don't move in here.
